3 parts Pisco Brandy
1 1/2 parts lemon juice
1 to 2 TBS sugar
1/2 egg white
1 dash bitters
Shake first four ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute and add the bitters as an aromatic garnish.
